Shipping Policy

Intiearth offers shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx on all orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and package dimensions.

Orders are processed promptly, typically within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination.

Duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees for international shipments are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and billing information is accurate at the time of purchase to avoid delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to truly love your purchase. If for any reason it isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Returned with original tags attached

Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment, minus shipping costs. Please note that return shipping fees will also be deducted from the total refund.

A few exceptions to keep in mind:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all basket purchases

  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange
